On July 1st, 2025, The University Club in Washington, D.C. hosted a unique evening with the Danish Ambassador Jesper Møller Sørensen and artist Maria Dubin.

The Ambassador spoke about today’s shifting world politics, while Maria took the audience on a journey into Trees and Art. Both talks were met with great enthusiasm.

As a surprise highlight, a pop-up display of Maria Dubin’s 2004 paintings of Greek gods and myths was unveiled for the evening – kindly lent by an American collector for this special event.
